• User Content: vibes, re-vibes, comments, media you upload, Circle memberships.

• Usage Data: interactions with Circles, Agora activity, preferences.

• Payment Data (if applicable): billing info, transactions, subscription details (processed securely by third-party payment providers).

• To keep EuVibe safe and inclusive (legitimate interests: Safe Vibe moderation, fraud prevention, abuse reporting).

Account data → kept while your account is active.
Content (Vibes, Circles, Agora activity) → retained until you delete it or request removal.
Legal/transaction records → stored for up to 7 years as required by law.

• Service Providers (hosting, payments, translation services) — only under GDPR - compliant agreements.

• Legal Authorities where required by law.

• No advertisers, ever.
