Chapter 4
One of the most important mindset shifts in the EuVibe journey was learning to frame early-stage work as de-risking, not building. Every assumption we held about user behavior, technical feasibility, and market timing carried risk. Our job was to identify the riskiest assumptions and run the cheapest possible experiment to test them. We are building a community a Social Partnership Platform.
Proof of concept work, by its nature, feels slow. It produces artefacts that will be discarded. It generates findings that sometimes invalidate weeks of work. But each validated assumption removed uncertainty from the path ahead, and each failed hypothesis saved us from sinking months into the wrong direction. This discipline — unglamorous, rigorous, humbling — is what gave EuVibe its solid foundation. www.euvibe.eu
