Chapter 2
Before a single line of code was written for EuVibe's core platform, we ran listening sessions, surveys, and structured discovery interviews. The discipline of validation — asking "does this resonate?" before assuming it does — saved us from building solutions to problems people didn't actually have.
What emerged from that research was a clear demand signal: Europeans wanted a platform that treated them as citizens and partners, not as data points. They wanted transparency in how their content was handled, clarity on who owned their voice, and assurance that the platform would not weaponise their interactions for advertising revenue. That signal became our north star.
